A little about my practice
I welcome individuals and teens. I have experience with anxiety, relationships, low motivation, goal setting, and depression. I am happy to partner with you with working through issues with relationships, career, and to collaborate on finding ways to support you living your best life. I am a firm believer that we all have the strength and capability within ourselves to accomplish our goals; therapy is a way for people to discover and be encouraged in these abilities.
At some point in our lives we all need extra support and an objective ear to help gain clarity. People have the strength and resources within themselves to make lasting change, but sometimes we need help discovering this within us. I would love to partner with you and support you in the challenges you are facing.
I specialize in: Individual Counseling, Anxiety, Self Compassion, Personal Growth, Establishing Boundaries and Teen/Adolescent Issues.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, working together to accomplish goals the client would like to meet. I use different mediums to engage clients including CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, emotion focused, psychodynamic, and positive psychology.
